Drake A. Hawkins, D.D.S.

David M. Rainwater, D.D.S.

Born and raised in Little Rock, Dr. Rainwater is thrilled to be home in Arkansas to practice dentistry. Following graduation from Little Rock Christian Academy, he attended the University of Arkansas, graduating in 2008 with a B.S. in Biological Engineering. Dr. Rainwater received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City where he graduated with honors in 2012. After dental school, he also completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency. Dr. Rainwater is a member of the American Dental Association, Arkansas State Dental Association, and past president of Central District Dental Society.



In his free time, Dr. Rainwater enjoys spending time with his wife, Rachel Cashion Rainwater and daughters, Abigail, Emma, and Molly Kate. When he is out of the office, he loves to fish on the little Red River and do most anything outdoors.

Michael A. Drake, DDS

Dr. Drake is a native of Little Rock and is very grateful to be practicing at home here in Arkansas. Dr. Drake is a graduate from Catholic High School and attended dental school at The University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. Prior to dental school, he played basketball at Christian Brothers University and taught for 3 years at Catholic High.

Dr. Drake provides comprehensive dentistry and quality care for the whole family. His goal for all of his patients is that they are proud of their smile and keep their teeth for a lifetime. His CE hours go far beyond the professional requirements and Dr. Drake prides himself on providing the community with the latest technology and trends in dentistry.

Dr. Drakes loves spending time with his wife, Sarah Tappan Drake, their growing family, and friends. When out of the office, Dr. Drake enjoys all things outdoors that Arkansas has to offer. He is excited to be in a patient-centered practice that is committed to excellence in dentistry and does everything we can to make your experience comfortable and results beautiful.

Suki Scott, D.D.S.

Dr. Sukhmani Scott grew up in Augusta, GA, and graduated from the University of Georgia. She earned her DMD degree from the Dental College of Georgia, and completed a hospital based General Practice Residency at The University of Alabama at Birmingham. This program furthered her knowledge in advanced dental procedures, and provided a focus on treating patients with complex medical and dental needs. Dr. Scott maintains a dedication to her career by staying current with dental advancements as evident through her continuous pursuit of education. She recently completed training at American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE) where she learned cosmetic and therapeutic Botox and Dermal filler procedures for our patients here at Hawkins Rainwater Dental Group. These procedures include treatment of TMJ issues and trigger points for myofascial pain. She seeks to provide compassionate, high-quality dental treatment for all, a principle that mirrors her family background. Dr. Scott’s parents were both born and raised in India, and instilled in her the importance of humility, respect, and hard work.

In addition to her professional achievements, dentistry runs in Dr. Scott’s family. Her sister is also a dentist, further highlighting her deep-rooted connection to the field. Dr. Scott’s personal story is as inspiring as her professional journey. She met her husband,

John, a pediatric dentist, during a Special Care Dental Conference. They share two young daughters, Nora and Lyla, and a sweet Labrador dog, Gracie. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Scott finds joy in spending time with her family, exploring nature, and traveling.

Kim

Kristen

Kristen joined our team in the summer of 2016 following her graduation from the UAMS hygiene program. She is originally from Pine Bluff. Kristen played D1 softball at UCA while obtaining her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Dietetics. When she is out of the office she enjoys hanging out with her husband and two daughters planning their next Disney trip.

Anna

Anna has worked alongside Dr. Rainwater for 5 years, and has a total of 10 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant. A Pine Bluff native, she graduated from Robinson High School before continuing her education at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR).

Outside of work, Anna stays busy with her middle school daughter, Brooklyn, traveling to soccer games and cheerleading competitions. She also loves spending summers at Lake Ouachita and is a genuine animal lover! Ask her about some of the pets she’s raised. Anna brings expertise and professionalism along with warmth and enthusiasm to her patients as she does to her everyday life.

At Hawkins Rainwater Dental Group, Anna is known for her sweet and steady demeanor, attention to detail, and commitment to ensuring every patient feels comfortable and cared for.

Tracy

Tracy moved to Cabot in May of 2021 from “Sweet Home Alabama.” She brings over 20 years of chairside assisting to our practice. Tracy got her degree at Columbus Technical College in Georgia. In her free time, she enjoys the great outdoors. From kayaking and canoeing to camping with her husband David and family, keep an eye out for Tracy at your local state park! Tracy has four daughters - Katie, Tayla, Priscilla, Baylie; two amazing son-n-laws and three wonderful grandsons, Bowen, Barrett, and Triton!

Lexi

Lexi joined our team after serving three years in the Air Force, bringing with her a wealth of discipline and dedication. After relocating to Arkansas with her husband, Dylan, and their daughter Layla, Lexi has become a valued member of our team. Her compassionate nature and unwavering commitment to making your dental experience as smooth and comfortable as possible sets her apart. Lexi is always ready to go above and beyond, ensuring that every patient feels cared for and supported throughout their visit.

Danette

Danette joined Hawkins Rainwater Dental Group in 2022 and has been a dedicated member of the dental field for an impressive 43 years. With a passion for making people smile, she takes pride in helping others feel comfortable and confident in their dental care. Outside of work, Danette is a proud mother of four and a grandmother to eight, cherishing every moment spent with her family. She enjoys spending time in nature, especially hiking, exploring waterfalls, and tending to her beautiful flower gardens, often accompanied by her grandkids. Danette’s caring nature and love for her family shine through in everything she does, both professionally and personally.

Chriss

Although Chriss was born in El Paso, Texas she considers herself an Arkansas Native. Chriss is one of the smiling faces that is waiting to greet you when you walk in the door. Chriss has over fifteen years of experience in the dental industry. She is very knowledgeable with insurance and treatment plans and will be able to assist you with financial questions. She enjoys building strong patient relationships and is always striving to make your visit with our office a positive experience. She feels very fortunate to work with doctors who are committed to providing quality dentistry. She is the proud wife of Dave who retired after serving 34 years in the U.S. Military. When she is not in the office, Chriss enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and traveling on her Can-Am Spyder. Please feel free to contact Chriss for help with your insurance questions.

Amy

Amy joined our team in the summer of 2023. She is a Little Rock native and attended both the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and the University of Central Arkansas. She has worked in the dental field since 1993. Amy is knowledgeable in all aspects of the front office having experience working as Insurance Coordinator, Financial Coordinator, and Office Manager over the years. She provides a welcoming atmosphere for our patients and strives to make their experience at Hawkins Rainwater Dental Group the best in central Arkansas. When Amy is not at work, she spends time with her son, Carson, husband, Chris, and two dogs, Sophie and Mila. She loves music, trivia, and the Arkansas Razorbacks!
